Job Title: Electrical Construction Foreman/Woman

XL Electric Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Lead and manage a team of electricians, industrial electricians, apprentices, and trades helpers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and other technical documents.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
Requirements:
  • Construction Electrician Trade Certification.
  • Construction Electrician Red Seal Certificate.
  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in project management and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
