Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from leading technical discovery sessions to collaborating with frontend designers and advising product owners. You will also be involved in solution development, ensuring robust documentation, maintenance, and quality assurance efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical discovery processes to define project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with frontend designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to product owners throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript libraries.
  • Contribute to ongoing documentation, maintenance, and quality assurance activities.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer within cross-functional teams delivering successful products or projects.
  • Hands-on experience developing production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript libraries, including but not limited to:
    • Python/Django
    • C#/ASP.NET Core
    • PHP/Laravel
    • Ruby on Rails
    • ExpressJS
  • Proficiency in frontend JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and/or React.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology stacks and contribute effectively to projects with existing codebases.
  • Experience in creating digital products using human-centered design principles, service design methodologies, and user research.
  • Experience incrementally transforming legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases.
