About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
