We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Gateway Auto & RV Sales & Financing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage our inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that our sales team is working efficiently
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our sales team is working effectively
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
