About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at RT Medical. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes or in care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Prepare light meals and snacks for clients
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying
  • Provide respite care to clients while their primary caregivers are away
  • Remind clients to take their medication
  • Transport clients to appointments and outings
  • Participate in the development and implementation of client care plans
Requirements
  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized training program
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR certification
  • Updated immunization records, including a two-step tuberculosis test within the last 6 months
  • Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector check
  • Ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a caring, tactful, and courteous manner
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to use phone applications
