About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team at Sahib Collection LTD. As a Tailor Craftsman, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, made-to-measure garments that meet our customers' and manufacturing specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Creation: Design and create custom garments, hats, and accessories using commercial patterns and your own designs.
  • Pattern Making: Select and modify commercial patterns to fit customers' and clothing manufacturers' specifications and fit.
  • Garment Construction: Lay out, cut, sew, and press materials to create high-quality garments.
  • Alterations and Repairs: Fit, alter, and repair garments as required to meet our customers' needs.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
