We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Manoir Caledonia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes. Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, including custom cakes and baked goods.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure the quality of our products meets our standards.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Accurate: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and focus on meeting customer needs.
- Dependability: Be reliable and dependable in your work.
