Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Nesbou Development Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with other project supervisors or managers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Train or arrange for training for team members
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced construction environment
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
  • Permanent position
