Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Install resilient floor coverings, including carpeting, hardwood, and other materials, to meet our clients' specifications.
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to maintain the integrity of our installations.
  • Prepare floors for installations by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary coatings.
  • Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces to create a seamless look.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the flooring and wall covering industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to relocate to meet the needs of our clients.
