This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Articulate and document the architecture of IT solutions, covering technical, functional, and non-functional dimensions.
- Offer technical leadership and direction to development teams throughout the project phases.
- Engage closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and goals.
- Assess and select suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks that fulfill project specifications while aligning with IT and business strategies.
- Design and deploy IT solution components, including databases, applications, integrations, security measures, and infrastructure.
- Support development, testing, and deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the quality, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of IT solutions.
- Identify and resolve IT solution issues, providing thorough root cause analysis.
- Deliver technical mentorship and foster a collaborative, agile environment within the IT team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience as an IT systems architect, IT consultant, or in a comparable role.
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in various IT sectors, including software development, cloud services, web technologies, databases, networking, security, and infrastructure.
- Skilled in utilizing multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities to design and implement IT solutions that fulfill business objectives.
- Creative, innovative, and adaptable to evolving environments and requirements.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing several projects and tasks concurrently.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Eager to acquire new skills and technologies while staying updated with industry trends.
