Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, reliability, and team player.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
