  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Clear snow and ice from pathways and parking lots.
Tools and Equipment
  • Utilize carpet cleaning machines, steam cleaners, power tools, lawn mowers, and snowblowers.
