Job Title: Construction Technician

At Techberry Inc., we are seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fibre optic cables and other telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain fibre optic cables and other telecommunications infrastructure
  • Test equipment to locate transmission faults and determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble
  • Complete and maintain test and service reports
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in fast-paced environments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to determine work assignments and prioritize tasks
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
