At Finning, we are seeking a highly skilled Used Equipment Manager to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute strategies to grow used equipment business, leveraging market knowledge and industry trends.
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create value-added solutions, including service standards and branding.
* Maintain a portfolio of inventory and consignments, driving financial results.
* Provide market evaluations and risk mitigation for prospective acquisitions.
* Ensure complete remarketing packages and disposition strategies for assets.
* Identify and develop key sources for used equipment, including Cat Financial and other financial institutions.
* Develop internal relationships, including alignment with aftermarket strategy and operations network strategy.
**Requirements:**
* Post-secondary education in a management discipline.
* 8-10 years' experience combining industry knowledge with operational/marketing/sales experience.
* Demonstrated customer relationship skills and solution selling.
* Experienced in business case preparation and presentation.
* Customer-centric approach to business.
* Strategic business planning, territory management, and account management.
* Ability to understand complex business problems and apply analysis and decision-making.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt approach to connect with front-line employees and senior executives.
