Job Title: Glass Installation Foreman/Woman

Canglow Windows and Doors Inc is seeking a skilled Glass Installation Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass products, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of glass products, including windows, doors, and skylights.
  • Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales, manufacturing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of installation technicians to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in glass installation, construction, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating installation projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles.
