Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Direct and manage the activities of store staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of store inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Merchandise Management
- Authorize the return of merchandise and process refunds or exchanges as needed.
- Work with the sales team to promote and sell merchandise, meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Store Operations
- Establish and manage work schedules for store staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Manage cash handling and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 30 hours per week.
