Position: Truck Drivers Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain production and related reports
  • Oversee team members and project initiatives
  • Organize and schedule operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Advise on personnel matters
  • Manage repair and rental coordination
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Supervision: Experience managing 5-10 individuals
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Industry Experience: Background in trucking
  • Security and Safety: Must be bondable
  • Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure
  • Required Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles
  • Personal Attributes: Strong oral and written communication skills, Adaptability, Organizational skills, Team-oriented
