About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Synicsw. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience and ensuring that all digital experiences are seamless, progressive, and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design direction for diverse projects through sprint cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Conduct in-depth research on client industries to inform design decisions, leveraging user metrics and competitive assessments to drive innovation.
  • Develop and present compelling design solutions to stakeholders, showcasing your expertise in UX and UI design.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to define design direction, remaining open to feedback and iteration.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, or relevant degree plus experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in user research and metrics.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
  • Self-motivated and exceptional multitasker.
