Job Summary

As an Overnight Lead at Walmart Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores during overnight hours. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating overnight stocking activities, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct regular inspections of store areas to identify and address any safety or security concerns.
  • Provide guidance and training to overnight associates to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Overnight Assistant Manager and Daytime Management Team to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
