Job Summary

The Property Management is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to heating, cooling, and electrical systems
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure a secure environment for our tenants
  • Supervise other workers and coordinate with contractors as needed
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Perform other duties as required to support the maintenance of our properties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift heavy equipment and supplies.
