About the Role:
At Reitmans, we're on a mission to empower women to express their individuality through fashion. As a Fashion Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, making our customers feel confident, comfortable, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized styling advice to customers, ensuring they find the perfect fit and style
- Operate the cash register with efficiency and accuracy, using your knowledge of sales, promotions, and products to drive add-on sales
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to visual standards and ensuring a seamless shopping experience
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer needs and maintaining a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- A competitive hourly rate of $18.15 (rate may be higher based on relevant experience)
