Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-6 months of retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system
