Emergency Veterinarian Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Veterinarian to join our team at Western Veterinary Specialist and Emergency Centre in Calgary, AB.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced emergency environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of board-certified specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency and critical care to patients
  • Collaborate with specialists and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
Requirements
  • DVM degree from an accredited university
  • Previous emergency experience and completion of an internship program an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Passion for emergency medicine and commitment to promoting team-based medicine practices
