Accounting Specialist Job Description

At Super Cat Transport Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare payroll cheques, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
