Job Title: Painter

Sanghera Painting is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail.
  • Hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Physically demanding.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the painting industry. The work environment will be fast-paced, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Language:

The language of work will be English, with a 40-hour workweek.
