At QE Home, we're passionate about providing customers with beautiful, affordable bedding solutions, along with exceptional and knowledgeable customer service and care. We're seeking a Part Time Sales Associate with Key Holder potential to join our team at our Southgate Centre location.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales by assisting guests in finding the best products to suit their needs.
- Process sales, restock shelves, and perform housekeeping duties.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and troubleshoot concerns.
- Work collaboratively in a team-based environment to achieve sales goals and provide an excellent in-store experience.
Requirements
- Previous sales and retail experience.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and in-store experiences.
- Ability to drive sales and build customer loyalty.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
