Position Overview

The Sales Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign sales personnel to specific tasks and responsibilities.
  • Training and Development: Hire, train, and facilitate ongoing training for staff members to enhance their skills.
  • Financial Oversight: Authorize payments and manage the return of merchandise.
  • Scheduling: Establish and maintain effective work schedules for the sales team.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Supervision: Oversee office and volunteer staff to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
