Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced live-in nanny to join our family as a full-time childcare provider. As a nanny for our children, you will be responsible for their daily care, education, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch childcare services, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, as well as snacks and beverages.
  • Engage children in activities such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement a daily routine that promotes the children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents to ensure seamless care and attention to the children's needs.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and ironing.
  • Assist with homework and educational activities, promoting a love of learning in the children.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to children, helping them develop emotional intelligence and resilience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and carry children, as well as perform physical tasks related to childcare.
