CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Operation Officer I to join our team for a 6-month contract. As an Operation Officer I, you will be responsible for providing operational support and performing general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for our Operations and Business Services function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs)
  • Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the issue, connecting with the appropriate function/partner to facilitate resolution and ensure that service quality is maintained
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Support partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed to perform adjustments within authority levels

Requirements:

  • Multitasking skills
  • Quick learner
  • Independent work and within a team
  • Excel - beginner
  • Administrative experience - 1-2 year
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

What We Offer:

  • 6-months contract with possibility of extension
  • $20 per hour and 4% vacation pay
  • Working on-site with the team
