Electrical Project Manager Job Description

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for electrical construction and a knack for leading high-performing teams? We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Plan Group, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion of electrical construction projects.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical construction principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
