Role OverviewAs a Management Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing team that drives large-scale transformations for our clients. Management Consultants operate as part of the engagement team, led by an Engagement Manager. You will drive the day-to-day execution and success of the transformation, applying a proven methodology-driven approach that focuses on optimization, execution, and implementation.
Career Progression and CompensationWe offer a defined 30-month career path for Management Consultants, consisting of three roles: Implementation Specialist I, II, and Senior. Upon entry, Management Consultants are compensated commensurate with their background. On average, Management Consultants between the 18-30 month mark earn $130,000 annually.
Engagement Managers have industry-leading earning potential and career development opportunities. An effective Engagement Manager will earn between $250,000 and $350,000+ annually, comprised of a competitive commensurate base salary, assessment conversion incentive, and engagement extension incentive.
Candidate QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field of study. Management Consultants should have 2-5 years of consistent and demonstrated managerial success in a rigorous manufacturing supervisory role. Engagement Managers should have 6-10 years of consistent and demonstrated managerial success in a rigorous manufacturing management role.
Candidates must possess innate quantitative reasoning capability, be highly insightful, and capable of achieving required outcomes under all conditions and at all times. They should also have a positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for business leadership.

There is flexibility in the location of both roles as Consultants and Engagement Managers work directly on the client site. Therefore, weekly travel is required but relocation is not.
The positions offer a lucrative compensation package consisting of a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefit package, including employer-funded dental and extended health care, life and AD&D insurance, Registered Retirement Savings Plan matching program, and paid time off.
