Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging expertise in Sales cloud, Service cloud, and Communities areas.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions using Salesforce technical/functional configuration and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure features meet field needs and develop an ongoing project plan.
  • Review project requirements and bid specifications, recommending design solutions and assisting in planning, commissioning, and documentation.
  • Support other departments with expertise, contributing to the development of internal processes, continuous improvement, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Salesforce certification (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
