Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead, Case Costing to join our team at Ontario Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of case costing policies, procedures, and standards across the province. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of healthcare data standards and case costing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of case costing policies, procedures, and standards across the province.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that case costing data is accurate, complete, and compliant with provincial standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on case costing methodologies and data standards to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in case costing and data standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Health Administration, Finance, or Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in case costing, healthcare data management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare data standards and case costing methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
