About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bready Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor and control labor costs to maintain profitability.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
    • Monitor and improve staff performance to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management
    • Cost products and services to maintain profitability.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Business Development
    • Negotiate with clients to secure catering or facility rental agreements.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
