Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Accounting Professional to assist our Controller in overseeing the financial operations of our organization. As a Controller Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and implementation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • General Ledger and Journal Entries: Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Payroll and Banking: Oversee payroll processing, including tax and salary distribution, and manage banking activities.
  • Reconciliations and Remittances: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations and remittances.
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the financial operations of the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a senior accountant or assistant controller.
  • Education: Relevant accounting designation or certification.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
