Your Responsibilities:

In this capacity, you will conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate treatment for individual clients and their families.

Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals and a multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct psychosocial support, counseling, system navigation, advocacy, education, and connections to specialized care resources, all while empowering clients to take charge of their own care.

As a Social Services Specialist, your duties will include delivering and enhancing social work services to improve the health and social welfare of the target population.

Work Schedule:

Our department offers Social Work services throughout the week with flexible hours, including both daytime and evening shifts.

Shift times vary from 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 21:00, and 15:00 to 23:00 hours. This role is on a casual basis, meaning there are no guaranteed hours, and work expectations may vary weekly. Many careers here often begin with casual positions, which could lead to permanent or temporary roles.
