About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Financial Services Agent to join our team at Desjardins. As a Client Financial Services Agent, you will work closely with advisors to provide personalized support to members and clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client requests and provide solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Assist colleagues in managing their agenda and emails, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Be attentive to the needs of members and clients, recommending solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Help members and clients choose and utilize financial tools and channels that suit their level of independence and automation.
  • Identify business opportunities and participate in sales development initiatives to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements
  • Attestation of Collegial Studies
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
  • Knowledge of integrating financial data into systems
  • Knowledge of compliance with An Act respecting the distribution of financial products and services
  • Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial services cooperatives
  • Available to travel between various Caisse service points
