Food Service Associate

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Eat Stop Shop ft Pita Blast. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods to meet customer demands.
- Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, handle and store cleaning products, remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, communicate effectively with customers and staff, and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
