About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at A. ALL AREA LANDSCAPING & GARDENING SERVICES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, laying sod or seed, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and weeding.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
  • Perform manual labour tasks, such as raking and collecting refuse, and laying sod or seed.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, as required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks. The work will involve repetitive tasks, and the candidate will be required to have manual dexterity.

Support for Youths

The successful candidate will offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, and will provide mentorship and coaching to support the development of young workers.

Support for Mature Workers
