Key Responsibilities- Preparation: Craft dough for various baked items including pies, bread, and sweet treats, as well as batters for cookies and cakes, following established recipes or customized orders.
- Baking: Execute the baking process for mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Special Orders: Handle unique customer requests with creativity and precision.
- Supervision: Oversee the baking team and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Decoration: Skillfully frost and embellish cakes and other baked goods to meet high aesthetic standards.
- Production Management: Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet the established quality benchmarks.
- Sales and Merchandising: Manage the presentation and sale of baked goods to maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsible for overseeing a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
SpecializationFocus on cake decorating as a primary area of expertise.
