Educational Requirements- No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Prepare layouts in accordance with building regulations, utilizing measuring instruments.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and connect materials including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
- Construct foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect wall and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate residential and wooden structures in various facilities.
- Participate in recognized employer programs.
- Previous experience is considered an asset.
- Employment duration: Permanent.
- Working language: English.
- Work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
