About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tent Installer to join our team at Alpha Event Rentals Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of our exterior prefabricated products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup: Install exterior prefabricated products, including tents and other structures, at various locations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Layout and Installation Planning: Determine the most effective layout and installation procedures for each job, taking into account site-specific requirements and constraints.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies as needed.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and ensure that all necessary materials are on hand for each job.
  • Safety and Compliance: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required, and ensure that all installations are completed in accordance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience and a willingness to learn and train are essential.
  • Work Environment and Conditions: Work in a variety of locations, including outdoor settings, and be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as required.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong client focus, flexibility, and reliability in your work.
  • Work Schedule and Hours: Work a regular 30-hour per week schedule, with occasional overtime as required.
Language and Work Term
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent, full-time position with Alpha Event Rentals Ltd.
