We are seeking driven and enthusiastic professionals to join our PLM team to support our ongoing expansion. Ideal candidates will be self-sufficient, eager to leverage their engineering expertise, and quick learners in a dynamic environment. As a PLM Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to enhance our PLM software and service offerings. It is essential that the solutions proposed are technically robust and align with customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively assist in PLM sales initiatives with both new and existing clients.
  • Design proof of concepts and illustrate how the proposed solutions fulfill customer requirements and deliver value.
  • Engage with sales teams, clients, and consultants throughout the engagement process, serving as the technical authority.
  • Prepare and present demonstrations to support the sales process.
  • Collect customer technical specifications, aid in crafting project proposals, and support customer evaluation benchmarks and training sessions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and current understanding of Teamcenter PLM solutions available.
  • Achieve pre-sales objectives and provide necessary reports to monitor progress.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, effective communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required, as regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and customers outside of Quebec is necessary.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management principles.
  • Prior experience or exposure to Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Knowledge of CAD platforms such as NX, Catia, or SolidWorks.
  • Experience in defining customer requirements, implementing complex integrated digital solutions, and realizing operational value.
