Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and improving our AI systems used in patient and physician-facing product features.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop machine learning models to improve our AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into our product features
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure ML systems
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform ML model improvements
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of our ML team
- 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning and NLP
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, including data processing, modeling, deployment, and maintenance
- Experience with large language models and NLP techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The annual base salary range for this position is between $200,000 - $240,000 annually. Stock grants also play a key part in any offer, increasing your overall compensation package significantly based on company success.
