Key Responsibilities:- Receive and Transmit Information: Receive and transmit instructions, information, and complaints via telephone, radiotelephone, or teleprinter.
- Retransmit Calls: Retransmit calls to the relevant parties, prioritizing according to urgency.
- Record and Follow-up: Record the nature of all calls, time of receipt, and other relevant information on a card, and follow up to ensure accurate recording.
- Monitor Alarms: Monitor alarm consoles for municipal buildings and notify relevant parties of alarm triggers.
- Complaint Retransmission: Retransmit complaints to interested agencies.
- Public Inquiries: Receive and respond to public inquiries regarding municipal services and other public services.
- Employee Absence: Receive and retransmit employee absence notifications.
- Compile Data: Compile data and prepare statistics on activities.
- Office Equipment: Utilize office equipment and software to perform tasks related to the job.
- Education: High School Diploma and Certificate of Radiotelephone Operator, limited land service, from the Ministère fédéral des communications.
- Experience: One year of similar work experience, allowing the employee to become familiar with this line of work.
- Language: Bilingual, written and spoken.
