Job Title: Senior Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex architectural projects, providing technical direction and guidance to junior staff, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to junior staff, including architects, engineers, and technicians.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, including mentoring and coaching junior staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Professional licensure as an Architect in Canada.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
