Pharmacy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Save-On-Foods. As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering quality patient care and contributing to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
- Maintain inventory within the pharmacy, ensuring that all medications and supplies are properly stocked and organized.
- Ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Stay current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry, including new medications and clinical opportunities, to provide the best possible care for our patients.
- Offer private consultations to our patients, maintaining a patient-centred care culture and providing personalized attention and support.
- Provide clinical services, including medication management and health screening, to our patients.
- A Canadian Pharmacist licence and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Injection certification.
- Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
- The ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
- Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).
