Chief Executive Officer - Goods Production and Utilities

The Cake Faculty is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our goods production and utilities team.

Job Details

Education: Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship or related field.

Work Setting: Manufacturing or production, Management, Bakery.

Level of Expertise: Executive.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Maintain financial records.
  • Communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.
Supervision
  • Staff in various areas of responsibility.
Experience and Specialization

Experience: 5 years or more.

  • MS Office.
  • Quick Books.

Requirements
