- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Customer Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and have a seamless shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, including operations, customer service, and team management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $65,030 - $91,040.
