Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and set tables appropriately.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Utilize dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations.
  • Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items.
  • Scrub pots and pans to maintain cleanliness.
  • Package food for take-out orders.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Assist in preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
  • Take customer orders efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning supplies safely.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage properly.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives as needed.
  • Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as required.
